Jill Lesly Jones received a scholarship to the Art Institute of Chicago at the age of 13. She studied art for many years with some of the most renowned teachers, such a Paul Rahilly and Norman Rockwell. Jill received her photographic training from the University of Wisconsin (Along with a Bachelor of Science degree in art.) There she was the first woman to have an exhibit of her black and white photography at the State Historical Society. She worked for the largest photo studio in the country in Chicago. As a young mom, she professionally photographed children and families and had some of her artwork published in magazines worldwide. Incidentally, from the age of 16 she began a commercial modeling career that led her into film, radio, and TV, which continue to make her the world's longest working commercial petite model. That's how she learned some tips and tricks from many famous photographers. All to make your FOCAL IMAGE (photographic portrait) the best it can be.
